Who You Are

We seek a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in the mobile/web/CTV advertising industry to drive growth by expanding publisher network. This role requires a strategic networker, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator, capable of cultivating partnerships and accelerating revenue through cutting-edge SSP platform.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and scale a high-potential pipeline of mobile app/web / CTV customers by leveraging existing market relationships and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Monitor emerging trends and disruptions in the advertising landscape to identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on strategic industry shifts.
  • Expand market leadership in Vietnam’s mobile advertising ecosystem by prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding strategic publisher partnerships.
  • Translate publisher insights into actionable solutions by advocating for client-driven product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Design and execute targeted engagement strategies to attract and retain high-value publishers through tailored value propositions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value business opportunities to foster mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Optimize publisher yield by managing inventory allocation and ensuring alignment with daily performance goals.
  • Deliver data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership, tracking progress toward quarterly revenue targets.

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 4 years + of Business Development experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for hands-on exposure to publisher-side operations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel (including pivot tables and data analysis), and PowerPoint for delivering compelling presentations.
  • Business-fluent English, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Robust connections with publishers across Vietnam’s digital advertising ecosystem, spanning Mobile Apps, Web, Connected TV (CTV), and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH).
  • Extensive hands-on expertise in managing integrations with programmatic platforms, including oRTB, Prebid, SDKs, and related technologies.
  • A proven track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Account Management.
  • Adept at designing innovative solutions to address challenges and drive successful deal closures.
