About the Role

The Business Development/Account Executive is responsible for engaging potential clients, converting opportunities into long-term customers, and managing assigned accounts for the company.


This role focuses on consultative selling, solution positioning, and account ownership within the crypto data and analytics space, working closely with internal Product and Engineering teams.


Working location: Hybrid (Hanoi Office).


Your Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Client Engagement

● Engage and convert potential enterprise leads into paying clients through a consultative, solution-driven sales approach.

● Own the full sales journey, from initial discovery and needs assessment to proposal,

negotiation, and deal closure.

● Understand client use cases across trading, research, compliance, analytics, and

infrastructure to effectively position the company's crypto data solutions.

Account Management & Client Success

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts after deal closure.

● Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across business and technical teams.

● Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through additional use cases,

expanded data coverage, or extended service scope.

● Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing

support.

Proposal & Commercial Execution

● Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing structures, and solution scopes based on client needs.

● Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations in alignment with internal

guidelines.

● Maintain clear documentation of account status, agreements, and ongoing engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align client requirements with

product capabilities.

● Translate customer needs into clear internal briefs to support solution delivery and product improvements.

● Represent client perspectives in internal discussions to support product-market fit.

Client Insights & Market Awareness

● Collect and consolidate client feedback on data quality, coverage, and usability.

● Share insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and

services.

● Stay informed about crypto market trends and competitor offerings as they relate to active accounts and sales conversations.


What You Bring

● +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, Account Executive, or enterprise client-facing

roles, preferably in crypto, fintech, data platforms, or API-based products.

● Proven experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and

decision-makers.

● Hands-on experience working with enterprise clients (funds, exchanges, trading firms,

research teams, or technology companies).

● Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client pain points and map

them to data-driven solutions.

● Experience preparing and presenting commercial proposals, solution overviews, and pricing discussions.

● Ability to manage post-sale relationships, including onboarding coordination, ongoing

engagement, and account expansion discussions.

● Comfortable handling commercial negotiations and contractual discussions in

collaboration with internal teams.

● Solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including on-chain data, market data,

trading analytics, and institutional use cases.

● Familiarity with data products, APIs, dashboards, or analytics platforms is strongly

preferred.

● Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical

stakeholders.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with clients, Product

Engineering and Data teams.

● Capable of structuring client feedback and requirements into actionable internal briefs.

● Ownership-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability for client relationships.

● Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and

conversations in parallel.

● Adaptable and proactive in a fast-moving, evolving industry environment.
