Backend & DevOps Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering music/audio products.
• Design and operate containerized services with Docker + Kubernetes, focused on production readiness.
• Work on async workflows and distributed jobs, ensuring services are reliable and performant.
• Own service reliability: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvements.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, with emphasis on security, cost-awareness, and performance.

Must-have:

• 3–5 years building and operating production backend systems.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker + Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with async systems / message queues.
• Comfort owning reliability: debugging, runbooks, and improving uptime.
• Practical experience with cloud services.
• Exposure to high-throughput audio/media pipelines a plus.
