Senior/Lead PHP Web Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze system requirements/specification
• Design, develop, and test web application
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Bridge SE to resolve issues
• Write technical documentation
• Support team members to resolve technical issues
• Code & cross review code of team member
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize

development efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. EDUCATION

• Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer.
• Around 5 years of experience as a Web Developer
• At least 2 years in a leader position or equivalence

2. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES

● MUST HAVE

• Proficient in PHP, Linux, GIT, Postgres/MySQL, Javascript/HTML/CSS
• Good experience with Laravel Framework, CakePHP, Symfony (Laravel is preferable)
• Experienced in working and configuring with Apache or Nginx Web Server.
• Experienced in working Js framework: jQuery, angular, reactjs, vuejs (reactjs or

vuejs is preferable)

• Strong testing mindset, testing technique.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, support other members and can

do code reviews.

• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good at time, task management skills.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills.
• Highly motivated, client service mindset.
• Willing to learn and “can-do” attitude
• Provide training/coaching & feedback to upgrade members’ skills

● NICE TO HAVE

• Can develop both FE & BE well (Fullstack developer)
• Knowledge of Elastics Search, Sorl are preferable.
• Knowledge of Cloud services such as GCP, AWS are preferable.
• Experienced in working and configuring with Docker and Vagrant are a plus

● LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Be able to communicate basically (writing, speaking) in English.
• Basic Japanese is a huge plus.
