Senior Fullstack Developer

We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Web Developers (React, Node.js, AI-powered systems) who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startups. You will be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that’s building a scalable, interactive event platform with cutting-edge AI recommendations, social networking, and seamless ticketing integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Build a seamless, AI-powered event discovery & ticketing system with Algolia, Elasticsearch, and OpenAI APIs.
• Develop robust user authentication (OAuth, Firebase, WebAuthn) and secure payment flows (Stripe, PayPal).
• Optimize real-time search, social interactions, and video-sharing capabilities using modern cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to craft an engaging and accessible web-first experience.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies (AWS/GCP, Vercel), and Kubernetes-based scaling.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment—delivering features in iterative sprints while maintaining high-quality code standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development (React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Deep expertise in modern frontend & backend development (HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, GraphQL/REST APIs).
• Strong experience in AWS/GCP & cloud computing (EC2, Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Passion for building AI-driven applications—bonus if you’ve worked with Elasticsearch, OpenAI, or similar ML APIs.
• English Proficiency required.
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, SocialPlus SDK, Mux for video streaming).
• Solid understanding of authentication & security best practices (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
• Strong experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams—you’re comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
• Bonus: Experience with social commerce, event platforms, or LGBTQIA+ community-driven products.
