How you'll contribute:đ„đ„
Work as a Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter.
Maintain & optimize the candidate database on a daily basis by direct contact with candidates who sign up on the Getlinks platform.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.
Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.
Identify candidatesâ expectations on their career orientation.
Shortlist candidates for jobs.
Create candidatesâ profiles.
Advertise open positions to external networks.
Maintain organized databases with candidatesâ data Keep in touch with past applicants.
Use Linkedin to search for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your seniors.
