Recruitment Consultant Intern (Headhunt)

How you'll contribute:🔥🔥

• Work as a Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter.
• Maintain & optimize the candidate database on a daily basis by direct contact with candidates who sign up on the Getlinks platform.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.
• Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.
• Identify candidates’ expectations on their career orientation.
• Shortlist candidates for jobs.
• Create candidates’ profiles.
• Advertise open positions to external networks.
• Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data Keep in touch with past applicants.
• Use Linkedin to search for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your seniors.
