As a Recruitment Manager, you are required to play a 360° role which the aim to approach clients for developing business lines while sourcing candidates to ensure the Candidates career goals and the Clients resourcing needs are rightly met.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business developing, building and strengthening professional networks with clients and participating in the necessary development strategies of the company in the range of IT services
  • Collect and capture market information to maximize business opportunities
  • Managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants in achieving individual KPIs and team targets
  • Daily supervise & support members to solve clients pain points & hiring demands
  • Coach and train team members to ensure they can do their jobs effectively and monitor to meet their own target as well as the team target then measure team members performance
  • Recognize and reward team members to maximize sales performance
  • Ensure the reporting indicators are updated sufficiently and on time
  • Define the strategic and implementation plans to achieve goals set
  • Produce business performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new business development according to market conditions.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably with some business focus.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency – preferred IT industry including 2+ years in management level , who is passionate to lead and win in Sales
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work with different kinds of people
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude.
