Building brand awareness and promoting the company: The sale manager should be responsible for building the company's brand and promoting it to potential customers,
Manage and lead the sales team and the business development team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure the team achieves its targets.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers to recognize new business opportunities and potential customers.
Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
To ensure a consistent approach to sales and customer management, collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing, product development, Finance and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer requirements.
To ensure competitiveness, pay attention on industry trends and market trends.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on sales performance, strategy, and forecasts.
Responsibility for managing and motivating the sales team to ensure they are performing at their best.
Responsible for recruiting and training sales staff, setting sales quotes and goals, and providing support and guidance to help the sales team to achieve the target.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree such as Marketing, Business Administration or related.
5 year's plus sales experience and 3 years plus Sales Management Experience
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and drive results
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English and proficiency in English
Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours when necessary
KPIs Target:
Sales revenue: The head of sales may be expected to set and achieve revenue targets within the first three months based on the company's overall revenue goals.
Sales pipeline: The head of sales may be expected to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, with sufficient leads and opportunities in various stages of the sales cycle.
Conversion rates: The head of sales may be expected to improve the conversion rates of leads to closed deals by implementing effective sales processes and strategies.
Sales team performance: The head of sales may be expected to assess and improve the sales team's performance by setting clear goals and expectations, providing coaching and training, and monitoring their progress.
Customer satisfaction: The head of sales may be expected to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
