Responsibilities

  • Answering the enquiries from potential customers, both from online inquiries or phone call enquires
  • Preparing comprehensive quotations for a Client offering
  • Negotiating agreements with customers and overseeing their progress
  • Taking care of the end-to-end process of delivery of consultancy and training in terms of customer expectations
  • Passing on customers expectations and needs to course development team
  • Promoting our brand in relevant seminars and networking events
  • Assist in coordination of other courses in the sales area such as but not limited to: trainer confirmation, travel and accommodation requirements, venue bookings, and other tasks as may be directed by the Managing Director from time to time
  • Recruitment and organizing pool of Local trainers for courses offered by us in its catalogue of courses


Minimum qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Training experience preferred
  • Willing to do remote work
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
