Job Description:
You will be responsible for upstream processes such as requirement definition, schedule formulation, and estimation with our customers in Japan. You will also manage contracted development of our services and system development projects. You will face engineers and promote the development of
web services.
- Recruitment of engineers and team building
- Detailed design or design review (in many cases, the client does the detailed design)
- Project progress management
- Code review
- Manage release schedule
- Propose and plan development contents (depending on the project you are in charge of)
- Meetings with customers
- Conduct unit, coupling, and comprehensive testing
- At least 3 years of experience in web application development
- Development languages: TypeScript/Python/ PHP/Ruby/Nodejs/ Go etc.
- Experience in object-oriented language development and understanding of OOP
- Experience in development using SQL, NoSQL
- Understanding of Agile development Welcome Requirements
- Experience launching new web services
- Product management experience
- Project management experience
- Experience developing and maintaining business systems
